# Brazil Election Results 2026: When Counting Starts and Where to Check

Scope checked against the publication dated 25 October 2026.

Selected calculations checked in Lean. The empirical study is not formally proved.

Calculation and displayed-value checks:

- The stated 17:00 UTC−3 reference corresponds arithmetically to 20:00 UTC. (`brazil_election_2026_results_time_tse_1`; arithmetic).
- Displayed Flávio Bolsonaro values lie between 0 and 100 in partial-count-chart. (`brazil_election_2026_results_time_tse_2`; displayed-value-domain).
- The chart’s annotated change agrees with its sampled endpoints at the stated precision. (`brazil_election_2026_results_time_tse_3`; arithmetic).

This is an offset calculation on the published schedule, not verification of the legal publication rule, a call, a completed count or a winner.

Outside the proof:

- Authenticity, completeness and accuracy of source observations.
- Data collection, sampling, classification, bootstrap intervals and causal inference.
- Current prices, policy, legal status, allegations, product claims and future outcomes.
- Production code correctness, execution, available liquidity and profitability.
