Czech Ministry of Finance: written response to Vultax Received 23 October 2026 from the Ministry's press office. Respondent: Filip Běhal, Public Relations and Communications Department. The substantive answers were supplied in Czech, inline with Vultax's questions. Original spelling and accents are retained below; line breaks are normalized. Vultax: Has either operator objected or appealed since the listings of 13 July and 30 September? Ministry: Ne. Žádný z těchto provozovatelů námitku nevznesl a ani nepodal odvolání. Vultax: Were payment providers instructed under the Gambling Act in relation to either operator? Vultax: Does the Ministry check that providers apply the block, and may we cite the method beside our own measurements? Ministry: Ministerstvo financí a zejména pak Celní správa, která je primárním dozorujícím orgánem, provádí kontroly z vlastní činnosti a zároveň prošetřuje podněty veřejnosti, v rámci kterých si např. mohou stěžovat hráči, kteří se účastnili hazardní hry u nelegálního provozovatele a byli podvedeni. Vultax: Would a periodic independent report on reachability and payment routes from Czech networks be useful to the Ministry, and in what form? Ministry: Ministerstvo financí uvítá všechny relevantní zdroje informací, které pomůžou v boji s nelegálním hazardem. The public article provides an English account by Vultax. The reply does not identify a payment account for either company, provide an account-level payment test, describe a reproducible technical reachability protocol, or commission work from Vultax. Salutation, signature contact details and the earlier quoted email chain are omitted.
