Refer someone, keep 30% of what they pay us
For the first 12 months of any subscription started through your link, 30% of what we actually receive is yours. Not a one-off bounty, not credit against your own bill — a share of the payments, paid out monthly. The rules below are the same ones written into the Terms, so there is no second version of them.

Get your link
The Settings → Refer & earn panel arrives with the next app release. If you want to start before then, write to [email protected] and we will issue your code. A link looks like https://vultax.com/r/K7Q2M9XB — eight characters, with no ambiguous letters, so it survives being read aloud.

Share it where it belongs
A newsletter, a Discord you are actually part of, a write-up of how you use the product. Not paid ads on the Vultax name, not unsolicited messages, and not coupon sites — those are the three things that void a referral.

They sign up and subscribe
Following your link records your code for 30 days. If they create an account in that window — or enter your code at sign-up — the account is attributed to you. Creating a free account costs them nothing and starts no subscription.

You are paid monthly
30% of every net subscription payment we actually receive from that account, for its first 12 months. Balances are paid monthly in arrears once they reach $50; below that they carry forward.
The link sets one cookie, vx_ref, which holds the referral code and nothing else, for 30 days. What it does and how to remove it is in the cookie policy.
What voids a referral
Four rules, and they exist because every one of them has ruined somebody else’s programme. If a referral breaches one we withhold the share on it and tell you which and why; for a repeated or deliberate breach we end participation.
- Referring yourself. An account you control, an account you pay for, or a second account belonging to an existing customer.
- Bidding on our name. Search or social advertising on the Vultax brand, our product names or misspellings of them, or presenting yourself as us.
- Spam. Unsolicited email or messages, mass posting, and coupon, cashback or incentivised-signup sites.
- Promises we have not made. Describing features Vultax does not have, quoting returns, or suggesting that Vultax executes trades or handles money. It does not.
Questions
What exactly is 30% of?
Net subscription payments we actually receive: the amount after payment-processing fees, taxes, discounts and credits. It is not the list price, and a payment that is refunded or charged back is not paid on.
How long do I earn on an account?
12 months of paid subscription, counted from that account's first payment. If they cancel and come back inside the window, the remaining months still count; after it, they do not.
When am I paid?
Monthly in arrears, once your balance reaches $50. Below that it carries forward rather than expiring. You give us the payout details; any tax you owe on what you receive is yours to account for.
Can I refer myself?
No. An account you control, an account you pay for, and a second account belonging to an existing customer are not referrals, and a share paid on one is reversed.
Can I run ads?
Not on the Vultax brand, our product names or misspellings of them, and not in a way that presents you as us. Advertising your own writing or channel is fine.
What happens if someone clicks two different links?
The most recent referral before the account is created wins. An account that already existed is not a referral for anyone.
Do you tell me who signed up?
No. You see the count and the balance owed to you, not the email address of anyone who joined through your link.
Can the programme change?
We can change the rate or end it on 30 days' notice, and balances already earned when the notice takes effect are still paid. Taking part does not make you an employee, agent or partner of ours.
