The quote depends on sample size, access, complexity and deadline. Provider subscriptions or restricted access need separate agreement.

Coverage and identity
An inventory of the supplied sample, event and market keys, duplicates, missing outcomes and the coverage that still needs evidence.

Timing and availability
Checks on snapshot, source and receipt times where supplied. Separate source age, archive assumptions and measured delivery.

Reproducible checks
Validation code, input hashes, definitions, exclusion counts and a defect register. A clean result is recorded as a clean result.

A decision memo
What the evidence supports, what remains unknown and what to ask the provider. Source terms and intended use stay attached.

We checked identifiers, expected outcomes, decimal prices and source timestamps in The Odds API's published historical EPL example. All 240 supplied head-to-head markets contained the three expected outcomes. The sample cannot establish season-wide completeness or feed performance.
