The charter
The commitments that govern everything published under the Vultax name: the studies, the data and the free terminal. Written so that a reader can hold us to it.
1. Purpose and scope
Vultax Research is an independent research body that measures prediction markets and crypto markets and publishes what it finds.
It is not a venue, a broker, a fund or an adviser. It has no stake in any market it measures and it sells no trading signal.
This charter applies to everything published under the Vultax name: the studies, the datasets, the press notes, and the free terminal at app.vultax.com. Where a product and this charter disagree, the charter wins and the product is corrected.
2. Independence
We do not trade on any venue we measure, and we commit not to.
- No person associated with Vultax holds a position on any prediction market, or on any crypto market Vultax measures, and none will while associated with it. This covers the owners, staff, contractors and advisers.
- The terminal trades only on paper. It holds no funds, takes no deposits and routes no order to any exchange.
- No study has a sponsor that chose its result. No payment buys a conclusion, a ranking, a placement or a signal.
- A data licence sets what we may show. It never sets what we conclude, and we say when a licence limits what we can show.
- We take no advertising.
3. Free and open
Every study, every dataset and the terminal are free, with no card.
- The research needs no account. The terminal needs one only to keep a paper desk.
- Data we collect ourselves from public sources is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Use it, with a link to the study.
- Data we hold under licence from a venue or a provider is shown within that licence and is not redistributed. The page says so where it applies.
- Every study has a stable address, a citation line, its data in machine-readable formats, and an MCP endpoint that needs no key.
4. Methods and evidence
Every figure can be checked.
- Each figure carries its observation window, its population and its source, and can be downloaded as data with the method beside it.
- We state what a figure cannot show. A wallet is not a person. A screen flag is not an allegation. A historical figure is not a current one.
- We do not present a venue's own figures as independent measurement. When a number comes from a venue, we say so.
- A study that runs a published test cites the paper every time and shows the author the first run before release. Reviewers are named only with their permission; "definitions reviewed by" means the definitions, not the findings. Reviewers are not paid, and if one ever is, the page says so.
5. Corrections
When we are wrong, the page says so.
- A correction is listed on the page it corrects, with the date and what changed, and in the changelog. The earlier data stays available.
- A confirmed error in a published figure is corrected as soon as it is confirmed, and the correction line stays on the page. The editorial policy sets out how.
- Anyone can ask for a correction at [email protected]. We answer on working days, and we say what we cannot say.
6. Funding and paid work
Vultax is funded by its owners. These are the other sources we accept, and each one is disclosed.
- Paid measurement for institutions: custom studies, recurring measurements, data extracts and method reviews, by invoice. If paid work becomes a public study, the page says who paid.
- Data licences with venues and data providers under written terms. We publish a summary of each one.
- Research grants. We name the funder.
- Not on offer: advertising, sponsored conclusions, paid rankings, trading signals, and any work that needs us to hold a position on a market we measure.
7. The free terminal
The terminal at app.vultax.com shows the same markets live, for free.
Every Polymarket market with its order book, topic rooms that set the odds beside the data they settle on, 80,000 traders with their records, and a paper desk at real prices. It is where the research can be checked against the market as it moves.
The terminal names no side, no fair price, no edge and no position size. Before a reader acts on a price it shows what the price says as a chance, what prices like it did in our published record, what crossing the book costs, and how markets of that kind settle. Measurement, not advice.
8. Governance
Vultax Research is operated by OmniOS OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia.
Its owners and filings are public in the Estonian e-Business Register under registry code 17591703. The people who do the work are named on the About page. How we publish and correct is in the editorial policy, and how we measure is in the methodology.
