Brazil Election Results 2026: When Counting Starts and Where to Check
20:00 UTCOfficial results begin
After 17:00 Brasília on Sunday 25 October 2026. 22:00 in Tallinn, 16:00 in New York
Brazil's runoff is on 25 October. Official results begin after 17:00 Brasília. Check UTC and local times, the TSE portal and partial-count labels. It is the start of result publication, with updates as polling-station records are processed; it is not a scheduled time for the final winner. Go to the official TSE results portal and select the presidential election and second round. Check the displayed reporting progress alongside the candidate totals. These conversions use the civil-time rules for 25 October 2026. London and Tallinn change their clocks earlier that day, while New York remains on daylight time. That difference matters if you are following the count from Europe. Use the electoral authority's site for vote totals. A social post, television graphic or market screen can be useful context, but it needs to be traced back to the official return when you are checking who has actually been elected.
Observed 25 October 2026.
